women need to embrace joy during the holidays

They need to get the perfect presents, perfect outfit, perfect food dishes just everything perfect. When in reality the holidays are all about enjoying yourself and feeling the compassion in others. What do you think the holidays are all about? Why do women seem to strive for perfection?

    I think women strive for perfection during the holidays because they just want everything to work out well. If they are having company they get stressed out about getting everything ready and they just want everyone to enjoy the holiday, they don't wanna disappoint anyone. The women feel like they are under a lot of pressure.

    I agree, I believe its more stressful and whatever words you want to explain it as because most of the nessacery needs rely on the women. This could also be stressful because not only do the women cook but they do the majority of the shopping. The men make the money and the women spend it. I also agree with most women wanting the holidays be perfect.

    I agree with Alayna, The holidays about spending time with your family and friends and having a good time. I think people in general need to realize that nobody is perfect and you have to make the best of what you have.

    I feel the holidays make a lot of people strive for perfection as sue mentioned in her discussion I feel it is a common thing that people especially women strive for. I also feel the holidays are about joy, family, and friends. Where it can be stressful but should mostly be a time of joy.

    I feel the holidays are all about family and spending it with them and having people be happy. Its not about what you get its what you have. I think that women strive for perfection because they want their kids to be happy and have all the things that they want. Also I think they strive to be better then all the other people they hear about so they try to get all the big and expensive things for their families.
