The police should not be allowed to decide wether people are illegal immigrants or legal. This law is not only ruining the immigrants lifes but also the farmers they worked for. I dont think illegal immigrants are leaving the U.S. Businesses workers will be furious with this law if they can not find new workers for them. They had workers and now they dont cause of this law.

Because of the new law in Alabama about police officers being able to question anyone they suspect as being an illegal immigrant around 200,000 Hispanic immigrants have already fled Alabama. This law mainly was to get back more jobs from illegal immigrants for Americans. Many illegal immigrants have left there jobs and schools leaving businesses and farmers in the dust with no workers which means no money. They are saying that they are all scared of being arrested and are afraid to leave they're house during the day. Do you think that illegal immigrants are actually leaving the US? How do you think Business owners will react if they cant find any workers to replace they're old workers?

Current Event
The Article I read was Alabama Wins in Ruling on its Immigration Law. It is about how Alabama is changing there immigration law and that it is now the most strictest and harshest out of all the states. Judge Blackburn outlawed the transportation and harboring of illegal immigrants and that they can no longer attend or enroll in public Universities. She also says that police will check for immigration statuses at arrests and trafic stops or for any reasonable suspicion. It was never the polices responsibiltiy it was the governments to check for illegal immigrants. Do you think there is an issue with the new law? What could be some problems they will face?
